RESTAURANT ROADSHOW | BATHERS' PAVILION, NSW

The team from Maxwell is heading to Sydney next month for a night out at Bathers' Pavilion on 4 The Esplanade at Balmoral.

Bathers' Pavilion is an Balmoral icon, the beachfront views complementing a coastally inspired menu, with a focus on seasonal produce. Maxwell's Chef Fabian is collaborating with Bather's Chef Aaron Ward on this delicious multi-course tasting menu, featuring highlight dishes from each restaurant. 

Selected current vintage and new release Maxwell Wines are paired to the tasting menu, including a first peak at 2026 Grenache Blanc, 2026 Fiano, as well as 2025 Tiers of Wisdom Grenache.
