The team from Maxwell Wines is heading to Melbourne for an exclusive dining collaboration at Auterra in Armidale on Wednesday 8 July.
Auterra is the intimate Armadale wine bar by Clinton Mciver, chef and owner of three-hatted fine diner Amaru. Chefs from 4 hatted Maxwell Restaurant, led by Executive Chef Fabian Lehmann and Head Chef Matt Rodgers are joining the team from Auterra to present a thoughtfully crafted, seasonally driven menu paired with Maxwell Wines.
