Maxwell Mead Glühwein Cocktail
Perfect for your Christmas in July celebrations:
INGREDIENTS
• 750mL Maxwell Silver Hammer Shiraz
• 300mL Maxwell Spiced Mead
• 100mL Orange Juice
• 60mL Orgeac Syrup
• 2 Orange Peels Thinly Sliced
• I0cm Cinnamon Quill
• 2 Star Anice
• 1 Vanilla Bean
METHOD
Combine all ingredients and brew very gently in a large saucepan over a stove for about 30
minutes, being careful not to let it heat over 70c.
SERVING SUGGESTION
Serve warm in a stemmed glass - preferably a large Shiraz glass.
