Perched above the winery, our tasting room has sensational views over the Vale as well a window into the heart of the cellar. While Mark Maxwell and his team proudly introduce you to our wines and mead through a personally guided tasting flight, at the right time of year, you can see the vintage team working their magic in the fermenters below. Discover the nuances brought about by time, terroir and talent over a wine and snack experience accompanied by the scents and sounds of the winery below.

The Maxwell hedge maze, located at the bottom of the vineyard, is a great way to keep the children entertained while you relax in the picnic grounds with a bottle of Maxwell wine.
The Tasting Room is open 7 days, 10am to 5pm. Book your wine tasting experience below (up to 6 guests) - there's an option to add on snacks to enjoy on the day as you complete your booking. (You are also welcome to simply order snacks when you arrive for your visit). We can't wait to welcome you.
