Your membership is ongoing. You can cease your membership at any time after your minimum purchase obligation has been met by notifying us in writing. 

Should you wish to exit your Clan membership early, we ask that you reimburse the discount provided to you in good faith, in lieu of honouring this agreement. 

Complimentary freight is applied to applicable Clan member orders over $180 value. Please note, free freight doesn't apply to Cleanskin wines or Little Demon bundles. 

We will notify you by email prior to sending your scheduled shipments, giving you the opportunity to amend or postpone your order. You need to ensure that your details are up to date, so that you receive our email notifications. Please notify us of any changes to your address, phone number, email or credit card details. 

Your credit card will be charged at the time of dispatch from the winery. Please allow 7-10 days for your wines to be delivered. 

By joining The Clan Wine Club, you authorise Maxwell Wines to debit your credit card with the specified cost of your selections, and understand that your selected wines will be delivered automatically to the specified address unless you advise us otherwise in advance.  

Wines sent are subject to current availability and pricing at the time of delivery.

Privacy Policy

By providing your personal details you will receive occasional phone calls, newsletters and regular emails regarding winery sales offers and events. Your details remain yours and may only be shared with our agents for the purposes of communicating Maxwell Wines offers and events. Persons submitting orders consent to the storage of their personal information on the Maxwell Wines database.

If you do not consent to the use of your personal information for these purposes, or wish to access, update or correct personal information, please contact the winery in writing, at experience@maxwellwines.com.au
