The geology of the terroir underneath the single-vineyard Shiraz for this wine was created 35 million years ago during the 'Eocene Epoch', hence we are honoured to pay homage to its ideal vineyard-growing conditions with this earthy style Shiraz that boasts both richness and an extended palate.

Our premium Cabernet Sauvignon is grown on the limestone ridge right above the winery & cellar door.

Planted in 1972, this Cabernet is named for our famous Lime Cave, found beneath the winery, a continuation of the same soils the vines grow upon many metres above.

100% Pinot Noir from the sun soaked slopes of this Pipers River vineyard, its elevation has contributed to the vibrant fruits and lively acidity. Matured in seasoned French oak for 12 months. Highly aromatic, red florals and cherries fill the bouquet.

Nero d'Avola is without question one of the jewels in the Sicilian winemaking crown, and is found growing between the smoldering volcano of Mount Etna and the shores of the Mediterranean Sea.

Crafted using the traditional French technique ‘Méthode Traditionnelle’. The wine has been matured for a minimum of three years and disgorged in November 2023, the multi-vintage blend further builds the maturity and complexity.

Verdelho is a white wine grape originating from Portugal and has traditionally been one of the most popular grapes planted on the small island of Madeira since vines were first planted there in the 15th century.

Australian versions of Verdelho are noted for their intense flavours with hints of lime and honeysuckle and the dense texture that the wines can get after some ageing.

This cellar door exclusive wine is made from grapes grown in Eden Valley.

This Riesling comes from the highest slopes of Eden Valley (known as High Eden) over 500m above sea level, where Summers are cool and nights year round are cold, encouraging slow ripening resulting a wine with freshness and a bright, natural acidity.
