The new 2012 edition of Australia’s most anticipated annual wine guide, James Halliday’s Australian Wine Companion 2012, has cemented the position of
Maxwell Wines of McLaren Vale among the top wine producers in Australia.

Wines singled out by James Halliday for particular praise included the Minotaur Reserve Shiraz 2008, Maxwell Silver Hammer 2009 the Ellen Street Shiraz 2008,
Lime Cave Cabernet 2008, and the Four Roads Shiraz Grenache 2009.
