Food & wine matching - gold medal style

As noted previously, our new '09 Four Roads Shiraz Grenache has picked up a Blue-Gold medal for excellence when judged with food at the 2011 Sydney International Wine Competition. So what was the Four Roads served with we hear you ask? Well here it is... and you can cook it at home.

With the release of the Blue-Gold medal-winning 2009 Maxwell Four Roads Shiraz Grenache, we thought it would be interesting to have the recipe for the dish served alongside the wine at the Sydney International Wine Competition available for people to try at home.... so here it is - Braised Cheek of Beef with Broken Lasagne Sheets, by SIWC Chef Jaqueline Mason.
