Nestled amongst the vines on our Estate is a hidden treasure - the Lime Cave.  What appears to be a simple hut at the base of a hill is in fact the entrance to 40 meters of a hand-carved limestone cave, dug almost a century ago in 1916.

Not only is this an ideal place to mature a few barrels of fine wine, it is also a uniquely stunning place to hold the most exquisite of events. A special anniversary or birthday, an exclusive corporate gathering, or simply the opportunity to dine in such rare surroundings itself can be the reasons for choosing to join us for a food and wine experience to remember.
